Erika Janes is a writer, editor, and content strategist with deep experience creating smart, relatable content across the parenting, health, and women’s lifestyle spaces. She has held senior editorial roles at Scholastic Parents Online and Parents.com, and most recently led SheKnows as Editor in Chief. Her work has appeared in Real Simple, Parents, The Bump, What to Expect, Women’s Running, Flow Space, and SheKnows, among others. A University of Kansas journalism graduate and former collegiate springboard diver, Erika is also the mom of two teen boys who inspire her work.
